The Town Hill (West Eden) Village Improvement Society was incorporated in 1898. Its mission is to undertake activities that aid in creating and maintaining a beautiful, healthy and safe place for Town Hill residents to live. The WEVIS maintains the Town Hill Community Hall (the original West Eden School), the Town Hill ball field and the Mountain View Cemetery and is a friend of the Town Hill Playground.
